Annual General Meeting:

(a) Shall be the highest policy making body.

(b) Shall elect the Board of Directors and review the work of Board of Directors.

(c) Shall be held once every year and attended by members, associate members and honorary members as well as others as may be invited by the Board of Directors.

Board of Directors:

(a) Shall be the second highest organ.

(b) Shall take decisions between the Annual General Meetings for the smooth running of the Organisation.

(C) Have seven members, headed by a Chair and assisted by the Vice Chair.

(d) Shall be comprised of individuals representing Organisations.

(E)  Shall appoint the principle officers of the Secretariat, review the work of the Secretariat, ensure its proper functioning and approves the budget of the Organisation.

(f) Term of office for each member shall be two years, renewable once. With a break of one term a Board member may seek re-election.

(g) Shall meet in ordinary sessions every six months to receive and discuss reports from the Secretariat.

(h) The Executive Director shall be a member of the Board and shall act as a key link between the Secretariat and Board.

The Secretariat:

(a) Shall have full time Secretariat headed by an Executive Director.

(b) Shall manage day-to-day operations of the Organisation.

(c) Shall implement the decisions of the Annual General Meeting and the Board of Directors.

(d) Shall be built incrementally by the Board of Directors based on need and resource availability.
